Directions:
The airport can be reached quickly and easily from the city center in Palma. Follow the Ma-19 eastwards and take exit 7A, which leads directly to the airport.

Bus :
The number 1 bus runs every 15 minutes from the airport to the city center (travel time: 30 min., Fare: 5 € (one way).
Bus line 21 goes to S’Arenal every 30 minutes and stops at numerous hotels (travel time: 15 minutes, travel costs: € 5 (one way). The bus stops are on the arrival level and level 2 in the departure area.
The Aerotib bus route A11 connects the airport with Peguera and runs via Costa d’en Blanes, Son Caliu, Palmanova, Magaluf, Costa de la Calma and Santa Ponca. Travel time: approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
The A32 Aerotib bus connects the airport with Can Picafort and runs via Inca, Alcudia, Playa d’Alcudia and Playa de Muro. Travel time: approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
The Aerotib bus line A42 shuttles between the airport and Cala Bona via Cala Millor.
The Aerotib bus line A51 serves the route between the airport and Campos.
Taxi : Taxis depart from exit D on the arrivals level. Taxi companies that drive to Palma city center (journey time: 15 minutes) include Fono Taxi (Tel: 971 728 081), Radio Taxi (Tel: 971 755 440) and Taxi Palma (Tel: 971 401 414). When traveling to and from the airport, an additional fee of € 2.70 will be charged. The minimum fee is € 4.

There is a bank on the fourth floor of the departure area. A currency exchange and ATMs are also available.
Means of communication:
There are mailboxes, a post office and public payphones. Internet access via Wi-Fi is available throughout the terminal. There are several paid internet terminals in the departure area.
Gastronomy:
There are numerous restaurants, fast food restaurants, cafés and bars in all areas of the airport.
Shopping:
There are numerous shops, including tobacco, toy and leather goods stores, a jewelry store, shoe stores, opticians, florists, candy, gift and clothing stores. Duty-free shops are available to passengers traveling to destinations outside the EU.
Luggage:
There is no luggage storage at Palma de Mallorca Airport. A lost property office is located on the ground floor (Tel: 971 789 456). Luggage can be sealed in foil in the check-in area of level 2.

A 24-hour first aid service, a pharmacy and a drugstore are available. Numerous tour operators and travel agencies are represented in the arrival hall. Children’s play areas and changing facilities are available.

Business facilities are available in the departure lounge. There are VIP lounges in the airport: VIP lounges in the boarding area of halls A, B and D and a Mediterranean VIP lounge from AENA in module C. These lounges include free newspapers, TV, telephones and self-service snack bars available.

Parking spaces:
There is a multi-storey car park near the terminal building. The parking spaces for the rental cars are on the ground floor. There are disabled parking spaces and disabled toilets on all levels. The fourth floor of the parking garage is connected to the terminal building by treadmills.
A long-term car park is located some distance from the terminal. A free shuttle bus connects the parking lot with the terminal every 15 minutes (travel time: 4 minutes).
Car rental:
The car rental companies Avis, Europcar, Goldcar Rental, Hertz, Enterprise, Record Go and Sixt are represented at the airport. The rental car counters are located in the arrivals area on the ground floor of the terminal.
