Fashion fair
The international IFEXPO trade fair exhibits fashion innovations twice a year. The Istanbul International Fashion Fair takes place in the Tüyap exhibition and exhibition center. The spring event has the latest trends for the coming season and offers numerous catwalk presentations and shopping opportunities. In February and July, consumers and retailers will find new fashion in the areas of shoes, sportswear, swimwear, jeans, underwear, socks and children’s and baby clothing in the halls of the Tüyap exhibition center.

Kurban Bayram
Kurban Bayram – also known as the sacrifice festival, is a festival that is celebrated by all Muslims worldwide. At the end of the pilgrimage to Mecca, Muslims throughout the world commemorate the prophet Ibrahim’s willingness to make sacrifices to his son Ismail Allah. During this family festival, Istanbul comes to rest and empties a bit because many Istanbulers go to the country. Many public institutions and restaurants have closed. However, public transport is still usable. Those who want to get to know Istanbul in a somewhat quieter atmosphere should travel at this time.

Marathon
