Information:

Information desks (Tel: +45 3231 3231) are located in the arrival halls and in the transit halls of terminals 2 and 3. There is a tourist information desk in the international arrivals hall of Terminal 3.

Flight calls are not made via loudspeakers, but appear on the display boards and video screens in all terminals. After landing, the screens at the baggage claim area also show when the baggage items of a particular flight can be expected on the respective conveyor.

Transfer between the terminals:

A free transit bus connects Terminals 1, 2 and 3. The train station in Terminal 3 and the car parks P15 and P17 are connected every 10 minutes from 4.30 a.m. to 11.30 p.m. (journey time: 5 minutes). From 11:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., the transit bus connects Terminals 2 and 3 as well as the train station and parking lots P15 and P17 every 15 minutes. The terminals are also connected by footpaths.

Public transportation

Public transport – street:

Bus : The Movia bus lines 5A and 35 and 36 run daily until midnight from the airport to the city center (journey time: approx. 55 minutes) and to other destinations in the area. The 5A bus runs every 5-10 minutes from 5:00 a.m. to 12:40 a.m. from the airport to the central station and the center of Copenhagen (journey time: approx. 55 minutes).

After midnight the 96N night bus runs between Terminal 3 and Copenhagen City Hall Square (Rådhuspladsen).

Intercity buses such as Flixbusse , Graahundbus  and  Nettbuss also serve Copenhagen Airport. They connect him with numerous regions across Denmark and with Sweden.

Taxi : Taxi ranks can be found in front of the arrival areas of Terminal 1, 2 and 3. Passengers are dropped off by taxis at all 3 terminals (travel time to the city center: approx. 15-20 minutes).

Public transport – train:

Rail : Direct DSB express trains run every 10 minutes during the day (every hour at night) between the airport and Copenhagen Central Station (journey time: approx. 13 minutes) and to Helsingør every 20 minutes. There are also connections to Bornholm 4 to 5 times a day and every 20 minutes to Malmö (Sweden). There are also other DSB direct connections from the airport to various Swedish cities, including Stockholm, 660 km away. Ticket offices are located in Terminal 3 above the train station. Free shuttles (journey time: approx. 5 minutes) from Terminals 1 and 2 to the airport station at Terminal 3.

Metro :  The metro station is located in Terminal 3.  From Terminal 2 it can be reached directly via a covered pedestrian bridge. The Copenhagen Metro  connects the airport with the old town of Copenhagen every 4-6 minutes during the day and every 15-20 minutes at night (travel time: 14 minutes). Departure is from Terminal 3.

Facilities in the terminal

Money:

Banks are located in Terminal 2. In Terminals 2 and 3, currency exchange offices are open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. ATMs are located in all terminals.

Means of communication:

A post office is located between Terminal 2 and 3 (opening times: Mon-Fri 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.). A mailbox is located in the entrance area of ​​the transfer hotel (Terminal 2). Telephones are in all 3 terminals. They accept credit cards, euro and Danish coins. Free internet access via W-LAN is possible in all terminals.

Gastronomy:

There are numerous restaurants, bars, cafes and quick restaurants in the airport.

Shopping:

Over 120 different shops, including duty-free shops, are available at the airport.

Luggage:

Other facilities:

A children’s play area and a lounge for teenagers are available in Terminal 2. First aid services and a prayer room are available throughout. Shower and sauna facilities are available in the  Hilton Hotel  with direct access in the basement of Terminal 3.

Conference and meeting rooms:

The Hilton hotel has a business center with 15 conference rooms in Terminal 3, Level 4, which is equipped with computers and audiovisual equipment. The conference rooms can accommodate up to 75 people.

Numerous airlines offer terminals 2 and 3 for business travelers in their executive lounges.

In Terminal 2 there is the new fee-based luxury lounge CPH Apartment with a small conference area for up to 4 people as well as a living, dining and information area. Free WiFi is available.

The Hilton  Airport hotel also has lounges and meeting facilities.

Accessibility facilities:

The airport is easily accessible for disabled travelers and has wheelchair-accessible toilets. Disabled travelers are advised to inform their airlines in advance of their specific needs. All parking spaces have disabled parking spaces. Information about travel escort services is available from the airlines.

Parking spaces:

More than 10,000 parking spaces, most of them covered, are available.

Parking spaces F1 and P2 are cheap short and long-term parking spaces, from which Terminal 1 can be reached on foot.
P1, P5 and P9 are short and long-term parking spaces that are located near the terminals. P1 is connected to Terminals 2 and 3 by free shuttles.
Parking spaces P10 and P12 are covered short and long-term
parking spaces near Terminals 2 and 3. Parking spaces P4, P6, P7 and P8 are covered short and long-term parking spaces located directly at Terminals 2 and 3.
Parking lots P 15 and P 17 are the cheapest short and long-term parking lots at the airport. You will be connected to the terminals with free shuttles.

Free parking for up to 15 minutes is possible in all parking lots (insert the ticket drawn at the entrance at the exit barrier – the parking lot must be left within 15 minutes).
